  1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their beauty and wellness needs.
  2. Utilize in-depth knowledge of beauty and wellness products to make informed recommendations and educate customers on product benefits.
  3. Stay up-to-date on current beauty and wellness trends and products in order to provide the most relevant and accurate information to customers.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  5. Demonstrate excellent communication skills by actively listening to customers and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  6. Keep store shelves and displays fully stocked and organized, ensuring a visually appealing and easy shopping experience for customers.
  7. Collaborate with team members and store management to meet sales goals and increase customer satisfaction.
  8. Continuously strive to improve personal knowledge and skills related to beauty and wellness products and services.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, inventory management, cash handling, and customer service standards.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  11. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability by being punctual and adhering to scheduled shifts and tasks.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance job performance and customer satisfaction.
