  1. Greet and welcome customers to Walgreens with a friendly and inviting demeanor.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their beauty and wellness needs.
  3. Utilize strong knowledge of beauty and wellness products to make recommendations and assist customers in finding the best products for their needs.
  4. Promote and educate customers on the benefits of using beauty and wellness products to enhance overall well-being.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty and wellness trends and products to better assist customers.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks and duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and meet or exceed store goals.
  11. Attend product training sessions to continuously expand knowledge and expertise in the beauty and wellness industry.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
