  1. Greet and welcome customers to Walgreens in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing the needs and preferences of each customer.
  3. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Walgreens' beauty and wellness products and services in order to make personalized recommendations to customers.
  4. Assist customers in finding the right products for their specific needs and concerns.
  5. Educate customers on the benefits and proper usage of products.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches to provide the most current and relevant information to customers.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing beauty and wellness section.
  8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Walgreens' point-of-sale system.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Uphold Walgreens' customer service standards and policies at all times.
  11. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and services to customers.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  13. Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Walgreens as a brand ambassador.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In The Beauty And Wellness Industry: A Beauty And Wellness Consultant At Walgreens Must Have A Strong Background In The Beauty And Wellness Industry, Including Knowledge Of Products, Trends, And Techniques.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Consultant, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Clients. This Includes Being Able To Listen To Their Needs And Provide Personalized Recommendations.

  • Knowledge Of Products And Brands Sold At Walgreens: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Products And Brands Sold At Walgreens, Including Makeup, Skincare, And Wellness Products. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Assist Customers And Make Appropriate Recommendations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Successful Beauty And Wellness Consultant Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers, Colleagues, And Management. They Should Also Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Maintain A Positive And Professional Attitude At All Times.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Working At A Retail Store, A Beauty And Wellness Consultant May Encounter A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. The Ability To Adapt To Changing Situations And Handle Multiple Tasks At Once Is Essential For Success In This Role. Additionally, The Candidate Should Be Willing To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Evenings.
