Job Description

Welcome to Walgreens' Beauty and Wellness team! We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Beauty and Wellness Consultant to join our team and help our customers look and feel their best. In this role, you will use your expertise and enthusiasm to provide personalized beauty and wellness recommendations, while also educating customers on our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty and wellness, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers to the beauty and wellness department.
  2. Utilize in-depth knowledge of beauty and wellness products and services to make personalized recommendations to customers.
  3. Educate customers on the benefits and proper use of our products and services.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products to continuously improve knowledge and expertise.
  5. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the beauty and wellness department.
  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
  8. Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
  10. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Walgreens brand at all times.
  12. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  13. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
  14. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
