• Provide excellent customer service to all customers • Help customers find the beauty and wellness products that best suit their needs • Provide knowledge and recommendations on different beauty and wellness products • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and educate customers on new products and promotions • Meet and exceed individual sales targets • Ensure that all store merchandising standards are maintained • Follow proper cash handling procedures • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
