  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers to Walgreens.
  2. Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers by staying up-to-date on the latest beauty and wellness products and trends.
  3. Listen to customers' needs and preferences and provide personalized recommendations based on their individual goals.
  4. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products and services offered at Walgreens and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  5. Assist customers with navigating the store and locating specific products.
  6. Educate customers on proper product usage and offer tips and techniques for optimal results.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and services to customers.
  10. Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products and company policies.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by treating coworkers with respect and cooperation.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge Of Beauty And Wellness Products: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Beauty And Wellness Products, Including Skincare, Haircare, Cosmetics, Vitamins, And Supplements.

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: As A Beauty And Wellness Consultant, You Will Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis. It Is Essential To Have Exceptional Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Listen To Customers' Needs, Provide Personalized Recommendations, And Build Strong Relationships.

  • Previous Sales Experience: This Role Requires A Candidate With Previous Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Beauty Or Wellness Industry. The Ability To Upsell And Cross-Sell Products To Customers Is Crucial For Meeting Sales Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Health And Wellness Trends: In Addition To Beauty Products, This Role Also Involves Providing Advice On Wellness And Health-Related Topics. A Successful Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Current Health And Wellness Trends And Be Able To Educate Customers On Them.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Beauty And Wellness Consultant, You Will Be Working With A Team Of Other Consultants And Interacting With Customers From Diverse Backgrounds. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Collaborating With Colleagues And Creating A Positive Experience For Customers.
