Beauty and Wellness Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their needs and provide product recommendations.
2. Educate customers on the benefits and features of beauty and wellness products.
3. Offer product samples and provide detailed product demonstrations.
4. Maintain knowledge of current trends in the beauty and wellness industry.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure easy access to products.
6. Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have.
7. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
8. Accurately ring up sales and process payments.
9. Stay up-to-date on all store promotions and special events.
10. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
