- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Conversational AI and NLP technology to inform and guide the development of innovative solutions for Walgreens.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and product managers to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Utilize your expertise in Conversational AI and NLP to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge solutions that enhance the overall customer experience at Walgreens.
- Implement and maintain best practices for data collection, processing, and analysis to ensure high-quality and accurate data is used in the development of AI models.
- Develop and test machine learning and natural language processing algorithms and models to improve the performance and functionality of conversational AI solutions.

- Participate in the development and maintenance of Walgreens' conversational AI roadmap, identifying areas for improvement and proposing new innovative solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in Conversational AI and NLP technology, sharing knowledge and insights with the wider team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, including technical specifications, process guidelines, and user guides, to support the implementation and use of conversational AI solutions.
Extensive Knowledge Of Natural Language Processing (Nlp) And Conversational Ai Techniques, Including Deep Learning, Machine Learning, And Semantic Analysis.
Proven Experience In Developing And Deploying Conversational Ai/Nlp Solutions In A Real-World Setting.
Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++, With Experience In Frameworks Like Tensorflow, Pytorch, Or Keras.
Experience In Working With Large Datasets And Implementing Data Preprocessing And Feature Engineering Techniques For Nlp Tasks.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Product, Engineering, And Business Stakeholders.
