Analyst - eDiscovery Operations

Coordinates the issuance and management of legal holds, including tracking custodians and data on legal hold, and related discovery processes, procedures, systems and relationships with in-house and external counsel, vendors, and other business functions. Supports and coordinates the forensic collections of company data in collaboration with in-house and external counsel, vendors, IT and other business functions. Documents and ensures timely compliance with legal requests; manage projects to completion, including regular check-ins with stakeholders. Utilizes knowledge of the Company’s infrastructure and areas of responsibilities in order to ensure and support preservation of electronic files (including, but not limited to email, user hard drives, phones, servers, and SharePoint). Provides support and training to users of the Company’s eDiscovery/Legal Hold program. May provide reporting and metrics to Legal Division management as needed/requested.
