Job Description

Performs as the Sr. Scrum Master for multiple Scrum/Kanban teams, with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work. Leads teams in the delivery of software products and services, which may include Cloud and/or data analytics, using agile frameworks. Applies methodology that supports the integration of changing customer inputs and business conditions into software and service delivery. Leads daily scrum meetings, iteration reviews and maintains a backlog of prioritized work items in collaboration with Product Owner or Engineering Leads. Ensures Agile (mainly Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile) concepts and principles are adhered to, and you are also seen as the voice of reason and authority. Drives change to increase productivity and reliability of the team to deliver on sprint and release commitments. Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience working on a team that utilizes agile methodologies

  • Experience managing a project budget between $1MM and $5MM

  • Knowledge of Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile and other agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures

  • Experience managing customer/stakeholder expectations

  • At least 3 years of Scrum Master experience working across more than 1 scrum team
