Financial Analyst

Key partner to cost center owners across the business (Head of Commercial, Head of Marketing, Commercial and Marketing Directors, and the Managing Director) for SG&A expenses. Perform monthly accruals and reclasses for Advertising and Promotion and Non-Payroll expenses. Ensures expenses are booked on time, to the correct account line with approvals in place. Support the annual budgeting and reforecasting process, working with department heads and senior leadership to develop and track comprehensive SG&A and A&P budgets. Provide meaningful reporting, analysis and ongoing support to cost center owners Maintain knowledge of each cost center’s spending trends, ensure accuracy of our financials and explain processes and techniques to drive financial discipline. Closely monitor performance to timely identify and communicate risks and opportunities to plan and recommend actions. Prepare reports and commentary for monthly performance packs Improve upon existing forecasting models, as well as, build new KPI reporting to support the business
