Store Associate

Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service • Assist customers with product selection and making purchases • Monitor store inventory and restock shelves as needed • Ensure all store areas are clean and tidy • Process customer payments and handle cash accurately • Answer customer inquiries and address complaints in a timely and professional manner • Operate cash register and other store equipment • Assist with store promotions and special events • Follow store policies and procedures • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store products and services • Provide training and guidance to new associates
