Pharmacy Technician

This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing duties related to filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and other tasks as assigned. Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service to customers.
2. Accurately and efficiently fill prescriptions.
3. Verify accuracy of prescriptions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Assist in the stocking, ordering, and organizing of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
5. Maintain records and other documentation related to prescriptions.
6. Answer customer questions regarding pharmaceuticals, and provide professional advice when necessary.
7. Operate pharmacy computer systems to process orders and payments.
8. Update patient profiles and medication histories as needed.
9. Handle customer complaints and escalate as needed.
10. Comply with all safety regulations and policies.
