Pharmacy Clerk

Vons is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to join our pharmacy team. This position will be responsible for assisting customers with their medication needs, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and answer their inquiries regarding medication and other pharmacy products.
2. Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure all products are in stock and up-to-date.
3. Assist customers with their prescriptions and provide advice on medications and possible interactions.
4. Process orders and payments accurately and maintain records of transactions.
5. Assist with the daily operations of the pharmacy and provide support to the pharmacist.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
7. Stay abreast of new developments in pharmacy laws and regulations.
8. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
9. Monitor expiration dates and discard outdated medications according to regulations.
10. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
