Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers with their medication and health-related needs by answering questions and providing knowledgeable advice.
  2. Ensure customers receive excellent service by greeting them in a friendly manner and responding promptly to their requests.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy area.
  4. Accurately process customer orders and payments.
  5. Follow pharmacy regulations and guidelines when dispensing medications.
  6. Keep up-to-date with current pharmacy industry trends and developments.
  7. Develop relationships with customers by providing personalized service and building trust.
  8. Ensure the safe and secure storage of medications and confidential customer information.
  9. Assist other pharmacy staff with tasks such as stocking shelves, pre-packing, and inventory management.
  10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and company policies.
