Pharmacy Clerk

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
2. Assist customers with prescription inquiries and medication refills.
3. Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including cash and credit payments.
4. Stock, organize and maintain shelves with pharmacy merchandise.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of pharmacy area.
6. Follow all Vons policies and procedures.
7. Remain up-to-date on pharmacy knowledge and industry trends.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
9. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
10. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
