Pharmacy Clerk

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with their pharmacy needs.
2. Answer customer questions about medications, health-related products, and other inquiries related to the pharmacy.
3. Maintain accuracy in pharmacy transactions and record-keeping.
4. Ensure that all prescriptions are filled according to the doctor’s instructions and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
6. Assist with inventory management and merchandising activities.
7. Process payments and provide customers with receipts.
8. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
