Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage customer orders and answer their questions regarding prescriptions
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
• Accurately complete transactions and document them in the appropriate systems
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy and medical terminology
• Ensure store shelves are stocked and organized
• Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions
• Assist with inventory control and store maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all store policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
