Responsibilities: •Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service •Accurately fill prescriptions in accordance with medical instructions •Maintain an organized and efficient pharmacy to ensure quality care to customers •Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions •Verify insurance coverage and manage prior authorizations as needed •Answer customer questions regarding medications, side effects, and interactions •Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth pharmacy operations •Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations •Perform data entry and manage inventory of medication •Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medications and regulations
