Pharmacy Clerk

At Vons Pharmacy, we are looking for a Pharmacy Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized with a passion for customer service. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately filling prescriptions, and helping to maintain the pharmacy operations.The successful Pharmacy Clerk will need to possess the following qualifications: a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid California Pharmacy Technician License, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team, and basic computer skills. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to all Vons pharmacy customers.
2. Accurately fill prescriptions according to doctor’s instructions.
3. Maintain the pharmacy operations, such as stocking shelves, ordering medications, and tracking inventory.
4. Cooperate with other pharmacy staff members in order to provide efficient and effective service.
5. Respond to customer inquiries and ensure their needs are met.
6. Maintain a valid California Pharmacy Technician license.
7. Utilize basic computer skills to input customer information into the system.
8. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
9. Assist customers with any issues or questions they have.
10. Follow all company policies and procedures.
