In-Store Shopper

We at Vons are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working In-Store Shopper to join our team! As an In-Store Shopper, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in our stores. You will be expected to have strong interpersonal skills and an eye for detail as you manage customer orders and ensure accuracy and quality of items.To be successful in this role, we require that you have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude even when faced with challenging customers. Additionally, a high school diploma or GED is required.If you are excited to join a dynamic team and provide excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
2. Manage customer orders and ensure accuracy and quality of items
3. Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and timely manner

5. Operate cash registers and process payments accurately and efficiently
6. Assist customers with product selections and make appropriate recommendations
7. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
8. Stay up to date with store promotions and products
9. Provide superior customer service at all times
10. Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
