At Vons, we are looking for an enthusiastic In-Store Shopper to join our team! Our ideal candidate is a friendly, organized individual who is passionate about customer service and providing the best shopping experience possible. As an In-Store Shopper, you will be responsible for selecting and preparing orders for customers, as well as assisting customers with their orders. To be successful in this role, you must have strong customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their orders
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Receive incoming orders and stock shelves
• Ensure accuracy of orders and proper labeling of items
• Follow safety protocols when packing orders
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly
• Maintain knowledge of store products and services
• Assist with inventory control and stocking shelves
• Follow store policies and procedures
