In-Store Shopper

Welcome to the team! As an In-Store Shopper at Vons, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have
• Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Keep up to date with all store policies and procedures
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of all store products
• Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding product features, availability, and pricing
• Ensure product shelves are adequately stocked and merchandise is attractively displayed
• Assist in the prevention of shoplifting and other security-related issues
• Work with store team to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
