As an In-Store Shopper, you’ll be responsible for providing an efficient and enjoyable shopping experience for customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and an understanding of product availability. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and provide them with an efficient and enjoyable shopping experience.
2. Assist customers in locating desired items, answer questions about product availability, and provide product information.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring that shelves and displays are stocked with merchandise.
4. Stock shelves with new products, replenish merchandise, and remove out-of-date items.
5. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
6. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
7. Accept customer payments, process returns and exchanges, and count cash drawers.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively resolving customer issues.
9. Utilize technology to accurately pick orders for customers.
10. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages to the Store Manager.
