VIE - Continuous Improvement Project Manager

- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across the organization.
- Identify areas for improvement through data analysis, process mapping, and employee feedback.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement best practices and standard processes.
- Monitor and track progress of improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and desired outcomes.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established processes.
- Communicate and promote continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement to drive innovation and efficiency within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Engineering Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Experience In Continuous Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Kaizen.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Continuous Improvement Projects, Resulting In Cost Savings, Increased Efficiency, And Improved Processes.
