Tool Technician

You will be responsible for pre-setting tools, reordering broken or worn out tools, and maintaining the tool crib. You will also be assisting the supervisor in changeover of machine or cell, and making adjustment of machine/tools.
Supporting machine tools as adjustments and changeover are required. Issuing work direction to production employees when the supervisor in unavailable. Maintaining tool inventory to include presetting tools; repairing, replacing, or adjusting tooling taken out of the machine. Managing machine re-initialization upon tool breakage, operator cycle interruptions, power failure, and operation mis-sequencing.
