- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and design effective training solutions.
- Utilize the latest technologies and methods to create engaging and interactive training materials.
- Ensure that all training materials are aligned with the company's overall sustainability and innovation goals.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the transportation industry and incorporate relevant information into training materials.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in training materials.
- Manage the logistics and delivery of training programs, including scheduling, enrollment, and tracking attendance.
- Provide support and assistance to employees who have questions or require additional training.
- Maintain records and documentation of all training activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training processes and procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Volvo Group, promoting the company's values and culture through training initiatives.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards, in the development and delivery of training programs.
- Collaborate with external vendors or partners to enhance training offerings, if necessary.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the field of technical training and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Developing Technical Training Programs For A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Proficient In E-Learning Authoring Tools And Learning Management Systems.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Subject Matter Experts And Stakeholders.
