- Oversee the painting process at our state-of-the-art facility to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Supervise and manage a team of painters, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure their success.
- Monitor and track production schedules to ensure timely completion of painting projects.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production and delivery of painted products.
- Conduct quality checks on painted products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for the painting process.
- Train new team members on painting techniques and procedures.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and quality.
