Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Negotiation Skills And Experience In Managing Supplier Relationships.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Sourcing Or Procurement, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Knowledge Of Strategic Sourcing Methods And Tools, Such As Cost Analysis And Contract Negotiation.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Recommendations.
