Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Sr. Product Manager At Volvo Group Must Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Vocational And Medium-Duty Truck Industry. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And Managing The Entire Product Lifecycle.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Vocational & Medium Duty Market: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Vocational And Medium-Duty Truck Market, Including Industry Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitor Offerings. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Develop And Execute Effective Product Strategies That Meet The Demands Of The Market.

  • Technical Expertise: A Sr. Product Manager At Volvo Group Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Able To Understand The Technical Aspects Of The Products They Are Managing. This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Truck Components, Features, And Functionalities, As Well As The Ability To Communicate Technical Information To A Non-Technical Audience.

  • Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills: In Order To Identify Market Opportunities And Develop Effective Product Strategies, A Sr. Product Manager Must Possess Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills.
