- Develop and implement procurement strategies for Braking Systems & Air Management commodities in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement plans with production schedules and supply chain needs.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

- Mentor and train junior procurement staff to develop their skills and knowledge in sourcing and negotiating.
- Represent the company in industry events and maintain a positive image and reputation within the automotive procurement community.
- Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Purchasing And Procurement, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Braking Systems And Air Management Components And Their Supply Chain.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Negotiating And Managing Supplier Contracts And Relationships.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities And Drive Continuous Improvement.
