  1. Process and manage all types of claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability.
  3. Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for claims.
  4. Review and interpret policy language to accurately determine coverage and potential liabilities.
  5. Analyze and assess damages and negotiate fair settlements with customers and third parties.
  6. Provide guidance and support to junior claims handlers.
  7. Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure effective and efficient claims management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve claims handling processes.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims and associated documentation.
  10. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Prepare reports and presentations on claims data and trends for management review.
  12. Participate in trainings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge related to claims handling.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  14. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and uphold the company's values of sustainability and innovation.

They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Claims Process And Be Able To Handle Complex Claims Efficiently.

They Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner And Negotiate Settlements That Are In The Best Interest Of The Company.
