Manage the Project - Product Quality Team and develop high competences on heavy duty powertrain (11L / 13L engine, transmission & axle) products, quality tools and processes used during all phases of industrial – product project, serial production and once product is delivered at the complete vehicle assembly plants in order to improve customer satisfaction as well as quality of the product. Proven experience of great leading and growing a successful team is the candidate we are looking for. Drive continuous improvement and support the production quality team with the development of competence, the deployment and the implementation of Volvo Production System methods - quality tools to reach the conditions for zero defects. Extensive evidence of the use of tools and lean manufacturing methodology to achieve world class manufacturing level and zero defect with proven results. Be the ambassador & expert in the quality area related to powertrain components and participate actively in the culture mindset change towards a customer oriented and zero defect spirit
