  1. Oversee the maintenance operations of our production facilities and ensure they are running at maximum efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with the company's goals of innovation and sustainability.
  3. Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  4. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues that may impact production.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance supplies and services.
  7. Create and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and increase equipment reliability.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
  9. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.
  10. Continuously seek out and implement new technologies and methods to improve maintenance processes and increase efficiency.
  11. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on maintenance activities and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Stay informed on industry trends and developments to ensure our facilities remain at the forefront of production technology.
  13. Act as a leader and mentor to the maintenance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Maintenance Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance Management, Preferably Within The Automotive Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Maintenance Processes And Procedures, As Well As Experience In Managing A Team.

  • Technical Knowledge: The Production Manager Maintenance Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Knowledgeable In Various Maintenance Techniques, Including Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, And Corrective Maintenance. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Different Types Of Equipment And Machinery.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills, As The Production Manager Maintenance Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Maintenance Technicians. They Should Have The Ability To Motivate And Guide Their Team, As Well As Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Other Departments And Stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The Production Manager Maintenance Should Be A Skilled Problem Solver With The Ability To Identify And Address Maintenance Issues Quickly And Effectively. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Maintenance Strategies To Improve Efficiency And Reduce Downtime.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: This Role Requires A High Level Of Organizational Skills As The Production Manager Maintenance Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Maintenance Schedules, Budgets, And Resources. They Should Also Have Excellent Time Management Skills To Ensure Timely Completion Of Maintenance Tasks And Projects.
