4. Act as a liaison between customers and the parts and service departments, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
5. Assist customers in identifying their parts and service needs and provide recommendations for solutions.
6. Process orders and schedule appointments for customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
7. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, finding appropriate resolutions.
8. Keep up-to-date with the latest information and updates on Volvo vehicle parts and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
