- Serve as a key user for the Order to Cash (OTC) processes and systems within the Volvo Group, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

- Utilize your strong understanding of OTC processes to develop and implement global process solutions.

Extensive Knowledge Of Otc Processes: A Qualified Otc Global Process Solution Key User Should Have A Solid Understanding Of The End-To-End Order-To-Cash Processes, Including Order Management, Pricing, Credit Management, Billing, And Collections.
Experience With Sap Or Other Erp Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Sap Or Other Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Systems. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Otc Modules And Their Integration With Other Modules.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Key User, This Role Will Involve Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Otc Issues. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Diagnose And Resolve Process And System-Related Problems.
