- Oversee the daily operations of the Central Distribution Center to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of the distribution center, including productivity, quality, and cost targets.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Create and implement strategies to improve operational processes and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and alignment of goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and manage the budget for the distribution center.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and sustainability within the distribution center.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and provide regular updates on the performance of the distribution center.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In A Distribution Or Logistics Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Large Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Supply Chain Operations And Processes, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Distribution.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
