Manages the group responsible for communication to field representatives and the dealer network. This includes phone calls through an 800-line, functional mailbox, coordinating cross-functional efforts within Mack to get the information necessary to provide responses to these inquiries. Increase the transparency and efficiency of the communication to the field by developing the necessary cross functional network to address end-to-end issues. Provide training, leadership and development to ensure the Regional Coordinators have the necessary tools to successfully complete their day to day responsibilities Foster an environment that is flexible, accountable, motivating and allows the team to respond to shifting market conditions and priorities. Provide accurate and timely information as needed to management to assist in decision making and reporting. Responsible for managing Order & Distribution’s Trucks Dealer Portal (TDP) policies and TDP page.
