  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the Chassis & EOL department.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for the department to drive innovation and improve efficiency.
  3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all aspects of chassis and end-of-line operations.
  4. Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure seamless integration of chassis and end-of-line processes.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  7. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects within designated resources.
  8. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and develop their skills.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in chassis and end-of-line technology to drive innovation in the company.
  10. Communicate with upper management on the progress and performance of the Chassis & EOL team and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  11. Ensure all processes and procedures are documented and adhere to company standards and guidelines.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive their development and growth.
  13. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, train, and retain top talent for the Chassis & EOL team.
  14. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment where teamwork, creativity, and open communication are encouraged.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Automotive Chassis And End-Of-Line (Eol) Processes, Including Assembly, Testing, And Quality Control.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.

  • Proficiency In Project Management, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Allocation.
