High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Maintenance E-Coat Tech At Volvo Group Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge Necessary For The Job.
Technical Degree Or Certification: In Addition To A High School Diploma, Candidates Should Have A Technical Degree Or Certification In A Related Field Such As Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering. This Will Provide Them With A Solid Foundation And Understanding Of The Equipment And Processes Involved In E-Coating.
