  1. Perform regular inspections and maintenance on the E-Coat system to ensure its proper functioning and efficiency.
  2. Troubleshoot and identify any issues with the E-Coat system and take appropriate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  3. Utilize technical knowledge and skills to repair and maintain E-Coat equipment, including pumps, motors, and control systems.
  4. Collaborate with other team members and departments to implement proactive maintenance strategies and improve overall equipment reliability.
  5. Keep detailed records of all maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance measures.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  7. Continuously monitor the performance of the E-Coat system and make recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  8. Stay updated with the latest technology and advancements in E-Coat systems to ensure best practices are implemented.
  9. Train and mentor new team members on E-Coat maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
  10. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report any issues or concerns with the E-Coat system in a timely manner.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including quality standards and production schedules.
  13. Act as a role model for other team members by demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
  14. Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
  15. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and standards regarding environmental sustainability and waste management.

  • Knowledge Of E-Coating Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Principles And Operation Of E-Coating Systems, Including Pre-Treatment, Application, And Curing Processes.

  • Technical Skills: This Role Requires Strong Technical Skills, Including The Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Equipment, Perform Quality Checks, And Maintain Accurate Records.
