  1. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on e-coating equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Complete necessary repairs and replacements of equipment parts, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes accordingly.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for e-coating processes.
  6. Respond to emergency breakdowns and prioritize tasks to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance activities.
  8. Stay updated on industry advancements and trends in e-coating technology and make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
  9. Train and mentor junior technicians on proper maintenance procedures and techniques.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment status, maintenance schedules, and any potential issues.
  11. Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  12. Proactively identify potential problems and take preventative measures to avoid equipment failures.
  13. Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure e-coating processes meet company standards.
  14. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
