- Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to designated areas within the warehouse.
- Maintain inventory levels by accurately counting, recording, and organizing stock.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.
- Ensure all products are stored and organized in designated locations, utilizing appropriate storage methods and techniques.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies and communicate findings to management.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and report any issues to management.
- Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials for production.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and containers, as needed.
- Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Cross-train in other areas of the warehouse to provide support and coverage as needed.
- Stay up to date on company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to management.
- Show a strong commitment to teamwork, communication, and collaboration with colleagues and management.
Strong Organizational Skills: A Magasinier(Ère) At Volvo Group Must Be Able To Efficiently Manage And Maintain Inventory Levels, Ensuring That The Right Parts And Materials Are Available At All Times.
Familiarity With Warehouse Operations: This Role Requires A Solid Understanding Of Warehouse Processes And Procedures, Including Inventory Management, Shipping And Receiving, And Safety Protocols.
Attention To Detail: As A Magasinier(Ère), One Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Accurately Track And Record Inventory Levels, And To Identify And Resolve Any Discrepancies Or Errors.
