Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the payroll process for all employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  2. Maintain detailed records of all payroll transactions, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
  3. Review and verify employee timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data to ensure accuracy.
  4. Prepare and process payroll using relevant software and systems, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate employee information and resolve any discrepancies.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and employee compensation.
  7. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on payroll-related matters.
  9. Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  10. Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
  11. Assist with budgeting and forecasting related to payroll expenses.
  12. Collaborate with external auditors during payroll audits.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and security of all payroll information.
  14. Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies in the payroll process.
  15. Train and mentor junior payroll staff as needed.
  16. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leadership.
  17. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Bookkeeping Or Accounting, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Procedures, As Well As Relevant Laws And Regulations.

  • Proficient In Relevant Accounting Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Keen Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
