  1. Perform maintenance and repairs on light to heavy vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on a variety of vehicles.
  3. Utilize technical knowledge and experience to identify and recommend solutions to complex problems.
  4. Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently, meeting both quality and time standards.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates on repairs and maintenance.
  6. Keep detailed and accurate records of all work performed, including parts and labor used.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and new technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner.
