  1. Develop and implement legal and compliance strategies and policies for the organization in line with global and regional laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and address any legal and compliance issues.
  3. Provide legal and compliance guidance and support to various departments and business units within the organization.
  4. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and communicate any potential impact to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all business processes and practices are in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  6. Conduct training and workshops to educate employees on legal and compliance matters and promote a culture of integrity.
  7. Oversee and manage internal investigations and remediation efforts in case of any compliance violations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory agencies.
  9. Prepare and review legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  10. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on legal and compliance issues and provide guidance on potential risks and opportunities.
  11. Monitor and report on compliance metrics and provide timely updates to management.
  12. Develop and maintain a network of industry peers to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in legal and compliance.
  13. Act as a liaison between the organization and external legal and compliance authorities.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal and compliance matters with discretion.
  15. Promote a culture of ethical and legal behavior throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School And Admission To The Bar In At Least One State.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Practicing Attorney In Corporate Law, With A Focus On Compliance And Regulatory Matters.

  • Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Environmental, Employment, And Consumer Protection Laws.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Policies And Procedures, As Well As Conducting Internal Investigations And Audits.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
