Job Description

  1. Develop and implement learning and development strategies for the Services & Solutions division in alignment with business goals and objectives.
  2. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that effectively enhance employee skills and knowledge, and drive business success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content and materials.
  4. Utilize innovative and engaging instructional design methodologies to create impactful and interactive learning experiences.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate them into training strategies.
  7. Manage and maintain learning management systems and other training platforms to ensure seamless delivery of learning programs.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for learning programs, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  9. Communicate and promote learning opportunities to employees, and encourage participation and engagement in training programs.
  10. Act as a consultant and advisor to business leaders on learning and development initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, and encourage employees to take ownership of their own development.
  12. Lead and motivate a team of learning and development professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and partners, and manage contracts and agreements as needed.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the design and delivery of learning programs.
  15. Continuously assess and improve learning program processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Learning Programs And Initiatives.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience In Designing And Delivering Effective Training Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
