  2. Deliver engaging and effective training programs to employees at all levels of the organization.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and address learning needs.
  4. Utilize various instructional techniques and methods to enhance learning and retention.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  6. Evaluate training programs and make necessary improvements to ensure effectiveness.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external training partners.
  8. Manage the logistics and coordination of training sessions.
  9. Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules.
  10. Monitor and track employee learning progress and provide feedback and support as needed.
  11. Continuously improve and update existing training programs to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential barriers to learning and development.
  13. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  14. Communicate and promote learning opportunities and resources to employees.

  18. Act as a role model for continuous learning and development within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Instructional Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Designing And Delivering Learning Programs, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Experience With Learning Management Systems And E-Learning Tools.
