Intern: CRM Data Analytics Scientist
Participate in discussions with users to understand and uncover business challenges and issues and be able to craft strong logic and query sets to answer key business questions using available data. Analyze large and complex customer data sets to provide valuable insights and findings that may not currently be known or evident. Discover the cause of unexpected business outcomes through analyzing the data whether it resides inside Salesforce or outside in third-party systems. Incorporate analytics and findings into compelling stories for prioritization and implementation in order to deliver analytics driven business processes. Contribute to the research, design and construction of cutting-edge analytic business solutions. Apply emerging AI & ML technologies and capabilities (e.g., deep learning, reinforcement learning ) to deliver analytics driven business processes.
Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and clients and provide consultative skills throughout the process
Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a degree related to Business or Information Technology
