  1. Design and implement identity and access management solutions that align with the company's overall security strategy and policies.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of current IAM processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain IAM architecture, standards, and guidelines.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to IAM.
  6. Monitor and analyze access logs to identify and address any potential security risks.
  7. Perform regular audits and reviews of IAM processes and systems to identify and address any vulnerabilities.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation related to IAM processes, procedures, and configurations.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the company's IAM capabilities.
  10. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement new IAM solutions and integrate them with existing systems.
  12. Participate in incident response and disaster recovery activities related to IAM.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide updates on IAM initiatives and address any concerns or issues.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IAM team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Designing And Implementing Iam Solutions In Large And Complex Environments.

  • Proficiency In Various Iam Technologies, Such As Identity Provisioning, Access Management, Single Sign-On, And Directory Services.

  • Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Security Frameworks And Standards, Including Iso 27001, Nist, And Saml.

  • Experience In Developing Iam Strategies, Policies, And Procedures To Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Identify And Address Iam Needs And Requirements.
